Head chef, he obtained a bachelor’s and a diploma in preparing chefs at the Spanish Academy, a diploma in therapeutic nutrition, Ain Shams University, a diploma in education, Minya University, and many courses, including ICDL for computers, and I studied in HACCP and Higgins, and in occupational safety, I worked inside Egypt and outside Egypt in the Sultanate of Oman, Saudi Arabia and Central Africa with The United Nations with the Italian company Ciano, more than 15 years of experience, in which all the kitchen departments and the international types (Eastern, Italian, American, Mexican) and healthy eating with calculating the calories for each duty, are combined.
